Reconcile PortOne payment state by canonical identity

Use the SDK for application integration. This read-only reference covers Commerce, Customer Auth, Membership and Events.

/api/payment-sessions/server/portone/reconcile

Server-only write operation that performs provider-authoritative convergence through the existing managed PortOne engine. Requires a durable caller idempotency key; domain convergence and the bounded response complete atomically, so retrying that key after an interrupted response replays the first result without another provider call. A payment with no local session is recorded only as requires_attention and is never heuristically attached to a Checkout or Order.

Public integration credential: opaque sk01_ secret API key only; PAT and Customer JWT are not supported by this scheme. Requires tenant binding and the read or write scope named by the operation.
